Why the studio exists

Financial and business education often sits at two unhelpful extremes: material so broad that it never reaches a real situation, or advice so specific that it ignores the learner’s wider context. Wuzeqii was created to occupy the practical space between them.

Our programmes teach methods rather than prescribe outcomes. Instructors ask learners to make assumptions visible, estimate what can be estimated and identify the information that would genuinely change a choice. The result is a working process that can travel from one decision to the next.

How we select instructors

Every instructor combines subject knowledge with experience facilitating adults. Selection includes a teaching demonstration, review of professional background and observation during supervised sessions. Clear explanation and respectful challenge matter as much as technical knowledge.

What learners can expect

A named facilitator, clear preparation before each meeting and notes that capture decisions rather than transcribe conversation. Progress is reviewed against the learner’s starting point. Private information is kept out of group materials, and learners may always use a fictionalised case when a real situation is sensitive.

Built for the stage before a company feels inevitable

Wuzeqii began in Limerick with people exploring self-employment alongside existing work. They needed a way to test demand without pretending every idea was already a start-up. The school therefore treats stopping, reshaping and postponing as valid outcomes when evidence supports them.
